Mangte Chungneijang Mary Kom, nicknamed as magnificent mary is an Indian boxer, and Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha. She is the only female to become World Amateur Boxing champion for a record six times, the only female boxer to have won a medal in each one of the first seven World Championships, and the only boxer (male or female) to win eight World Championship medals. She had also been ranked as the world's No. 1 female light-flyweight by the International Boxing Association. She became the first Indian female boxer to win a gold medal in the Asian Games. She is also the only boxer to become Asian Amateur Boxing Champion for a record six times.
Everyone has problems but fighting for your dreams should be your foremost focus.
It wasn't easy for her as well, she was married and mother of three children but she never let anything come between her and her dreams.
There is no limit what we, as women, can accomplish.
