Indra Nooyi is the leader whom i admire the most.
She is an Indian American business executive and former chairperson and CEO of Pepsico . The 5th chairman and CEO of Pepsico 42 year history.
She is an admirable person as a great leader. She has "the courage to innovate" as it is said that great leaders are those who take decisions and convictions even administ scrutiny and criticism.
I consider "having a vision" is very important, as a leader a multi-faceted vision, one that makes you think about something from all angles is a vision that a great leader undertakes.
"Lifelong learner" is the kind of attitude a great leader should have, you have to be great student to be a great leader and there is no phase or time limit of being a student.
Above all the thing that makes difference between a leader and a great leader is to "leave the crown in the garage " - it's a well known quote by Indra Nooyi, as she says who we are or what we do nobody can take our place in our families so, leave the crown in the garage.
